Click that button and Fathom will copy the transcript to your clipboard.

Go to any external app and hit Paste to access that content!

Ting AI is fluent in 102 languages, including Catalan. Whether your sales team is local or global, we’ve got you covered. Multilingual support has never been so effortless.

Yes, Ting AI will join calls automatically, even if the user is not present, as long as the meeting is taking place.

Yes, Ting AI can voice record in-person meetings. It captures the conversation and automatically generates transcripts and smart summaries — just like the bot does when joining virtual calls.

Pro members can record up to 20 meetings per month, while Business memberships have unlimited recordings available.

We update this page weekly with a quick summary of what’s new, improved, or updated in Ting. Think of it as a “week in review” rather than a real-time feed – some changes may appear a few days after they go live.

We focus on user-facing updates you’ll actually notice, so you won’t see every minor tweak or behind-the-scenes improvement listed here.

If you have any questions about what you’re seeing, our Support Team is here to help!

Managing Your Ting AI Account

Yes, they need to be a Ting user to be able to view the recording and transcript.

Ting can only read meetings from the primary calendar connected to your account. If your calls are scheduled in a secondary calendar, Ting won’t be able to pick up the meeting.

To ensure your meetings are detected correctly, schedule them using your primary calendar

Right now, Ting AI can only record and transcribe live meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams – we do not support uploaded calls.

We hear that feedback often, though, and are happy to share that this is on our product roadmap!

To update the email address on your Ting account, please email marta@tingai.io to get the process started!

A few things to keep in mind:

  • If you are planning to switch your login email between business domains, please be prepared to show proof of ownership via DNS registration or by having the original domain publicly redirect to the new one.

  • While we support many types of email updates, we’re unable to change company email addresses to personal ones (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.)

If you’d like to continue using Ting features after your trial period, you can easily upgrade your plan at any time.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click Manage Billing to be redirected to a Stripe billing page where you can update or cancel your subscription. Choose your plan & payment method to subscribe.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help with the upgrade process — we’re happy to assist!

Users can go to Settings page > Billing to see if what plan they’re currently and the active users on that plan.

No, participants only receive an email if they’re already a Ting AI user.

Technology and Compatiblity

We wish we could work with you, but for security reasons, we do not currently support Zoom for Government or Teams for Government.

Ting AI is currently able to record meetings on Mac and Windows computers as well on Mobile devices.

We do not currently support:

  • Phone calls or any calls without a meeting link, such as:

    • Zoom Phone calls

    • Microsoft Teams group chat instant meetings

    • Slack Huddles

  • Webinars

  • Breakout rooms

To use Ting AI, make sure you’re joining a supported meeting platform (like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams) with a standard meeting link on a Mac or Windows computer.

At this time, we don’t have an open API, but we’re planning to have one in the future.

Trust and Security

Ting AI is compliant with European and American privacy regulations. Supporting GDPR, ISO 27001 (in progress), and other major data privacy regulations.

We take security seriously – think bank-level encryption and rigorous data protection protocols. Plus, we’re more regulated on privacy than any non-EU player. GDPR compliance is in our DNA.
